Maria Densley started her Pacific Northwest archaeology experience in 2004 at the Qwu?gwes/Mud Bay Archaeological Wet Site, near Olympia WA, as a student. After that first summer she completed her B.A. degree at BYU-HI in International Cultural Studies - Anthropology. Her focus while in undergrad was on pre-history migration in the America's. In 2013 she was able to participate in a field school in Ireland. She is preparing to attend graduate school in Fall 2018 and earning her degree in Archaeology/Bio-archaeology.
